How to reach us
MingPath is a small operation, and every message is read by a person. Write to the address that matches your question — it helps us answer faster.
- General enquiries: renyanda@protonmail.com
- Corrections or content feedback: renyanda@protonmail.com
- Privacy and data requests: renyanda@protonmail.com
- Support with the site or a report: renyanda@protonmail.com
We aim to reply within two business days. If your message concerns a specific page, include the page address and, where relevant, the birth details you entered — without them we usually cannot reproduce what you saw.
What we can help with
- Calculation questions. If a pillar, a zodiac animal or an element count looks wrong, send the birth date, time, place and your timezone. Most discrepancies trace back to the 立春 year boundary or to true solar time, and both are things we can explain and check.
- Content corrections. If a translation, a term or a claim on the site is wrong, tell us. Corrections that hold up are published and noted — see the methodology page.
- Report problems. If a report or the PDF does not generate, tell us which browser and device you are using.
- Privacy requests. Access, deletion and any question about how data is handled. In practice: your chart data lives only in your own browser's local storage, so clearing site data deletes it. If you want confirmation of what we hold — nothing — we will confirm in writing.
- Press and licensing. If you want to quote or reproduce material from the site, ask first. We are usually happy to say yes with attribution.
What we cannot help with
Being clear about this saves everyone a round trip.
- Personal readings by email. We do not read charts for individuals privately. The full report is generated by the site, free, and contains everything we would say.
- Medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We do not give any, in any form, and cannot comment on a health or money decision even in passing.
- Predictions about specific events. We do not forecast outcomes, and questions of the form "will X happen" will receive the same answer the site gives: the tradition describes structure and tendency, not events.
- Interpreting a third party's chart. Charts for other people should be entered by them, or by you with their knowledge.
- Advertiser or sponsorship requests. We do not run sponsored content or sell editorial placement, so there is no rate card to send.
Security and privacy
MingPath does not hold accounts and does not store chart data server-side. There is therefore no customer database to breach and no password for you to manage. If you ever receive a message claiming to be from MingPath and asking for payment, a password or birth details, it is not from us — we will never ask for any of those. Please forward it to the address above so we can warn others.
Who replies
The site is run by a small editorial and engineering team. We publish the method rather than a personality, so we do not print biographies or credentials here — we consider the correctness of the calculation and the honesty of the framing to be the relevant credentials. If a claim on this site is wrong, that is a failure we can correct; who we are cannot repair it.
Before you write
Two pages answer most questions without a round trip: the methodology page for how charts are computed and where interpretation begins, and the about page for what the site is and is not. The disclaimer covers the boundaries we hold ourselves to, and the privacy policy covers data handling in full.
